Bahan-bahan:
6 ulas nangka — buang biji dan ramas
300 gm tepung gandum
2 cawan air
Secubit garam
Minyak masak untuk menggoreng


Cara Penyediaan:

1. Campurkan tepung, garam dan air. Gaul sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkan nangka yang telah diramas dan gaul rata.
3. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Sudukan adunan satu per satu ke dalam minyak. Goreng hingga keemasan.
4. Angkat dan tos minyak. Siap untuk disajikan.
